Associate Director of Learning and Development

Located Statewide in Illinois

Provides leadership and managerial oversight for the Learning and Development Unit. This includes but is not limited to: administrative and technical oversight for design, development, delivery and maintenance of core and other curricula, administrative leadership that supports key departmental programs and activities related to Learning Management Systems, and administrative oversight for testing and evaluation that drive learning and development activities for the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (IDCFS). Family First Implementation Support Specialist (Contract)

Located in Deerfield, IL

As a part of the Family First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA), the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign School of Social Work and the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (IDCFS) are collaborating to support the implementation of evidence-based interventions (EBI) to prevent child abuse and neglect in Illinois. The Implementation Support Specialist will support provider agencies implementing High Fidelity Wraparound as an EBI throughout Illinois to enhance family access to services, increase awareness, and general knowledge of the EBIs. Research Data Analyst

Located in Chicago, IL

The primary responsibility will be research conducted for the Foster Care Utilization Review Program (FCURP). This includes comprehensive performance reviews of the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and private child welfare agencies throughout the state using a continuous quality improvement framework. PRIDE Trainer

Located Statewide in Central, East-Central, Northern, and Southern Illinois

The PRIDE Trainer, as funded by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (IDCFS), is responsible for facilitating trainings for the PRIDE Foster and Adoptive Parent Training Program to prospective, relative/fictive kin, licensed, and adoptive/sub guardianship caregivers for the Learning and Development Unit within the Office of Learning and Professional Development (OLDP). This is an Academic Hourly position. Closes May 3, 2024. 

PRIDE Trainer-Bilingual

Located in Central Illinois (Peoria, Bloomington, Springfield, and LaSalle)

The PRIDE Trainer, as funded by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (IDCFS), is responsible for facilitating trainings for the PRIDE Foster and Adoptive Parent Training Program to prospective, relative/fictive kin, licensed, and adoptive/sub guardianship caregivers for the Learning and Development Unit within the Office of Learning and Professional Development (OLDP). IM+CANS Coaching Specialist

Provide coaching and mentorship to community behavioral health staff and leadership with the usage of the IM+CANS and supporting tools, coach the TCOM philosophy, assist with implementation of other HFS directed clinical initiatives including curriculum development and implementation through statewide Learning Collaboratives to support best practices in utilization of the IM+CANS in clinical practices, provide ongoing coaching and support for new initiatives, demonstrate competency as a curriculum trainer and serve as Subject Matter Expert for New Service Initiatives and Systems of Care (SOC) curriculum. Closes May 9, 2024.
