Education
Lucy earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Communications with a minor in Social Work in addition to a Master of Social Work degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Research
Lucy’s research interests are substance use treatment interventions, trauma-informed practice, and the child welfare system. Her prior experience consists of working in outreach and prevention services at the University of Illinois Counseling Center, non-profit community mental health centers, and inpatient psychiatric facilities.
